My Message About the Love of Work

This is a short version of the video I used to promote the spring Alaska Association of Student Government State Conference in Kodiak.  I filmed all the footage and wrote the message.

KHS Radio Show "In The Know"

This is the Facebook page for the talk radio program I host and produce.

It is called "In The Know" .  It is part of my job as student government public relations officer.

I write and perform short raps at the end of most shows as a hook to get my friends to tune in to the program every Thursday night at 7:00 PM.

This has been my favorite thing about high school.

I'm John McDonald, I'm 17, and I'm riding my bike across America this summer. I love StarWars, and Xbox, but above all I love riding my bike. Occasionally I have short seasons where I have an inseparable passion for running, but those are short. Right now my main interest has me busy trying to live out the American dream, which I am finding to be code for free enterprise rocks!

I do not plan on reciting the same, "hi, my name is John" speech. With this blog I will be able to do more than just write paragraphs. I will be able to have intellectual conversations and be able to share videos and ideas with people. This blog will allow you to do more than just understand thoughts and concepts I have also, it will enable you to know me as I am, and the best part is that I will be able to do the same! So stay tuned in for upcoming posts:)

My first bookstore When I was twelve

I recorded reading books. I posted them on a website.  I connected each book to Amazon to buy the book.  WIth an Amazon Associates account I made 5% of each sale.  I asked the publishers for written permission to read the books online to sale each book.  The publishers said yes.

Here is the first book I recorded.

I closed this bookstore when I was fifteen.

I think I may reopen it again when I have some time.
